Race Nights
eXeL Services can offer you a wide range of high-quality Race Night services with packages specially designed for both Fund Raising and CORPORATE events. You can be assured that our Race Night embodies all of the qualities required for a successful and very enjoyable evening.
eXel Services has been involved in running Race Nights since 1990. We are independently owned and cover the whole of the UK. We have experience ranging from corporate events with as little as 10 guests to large "black tie" events with 200+ guests attending.
We use high-quality, specially produced DVDs or videos, featuring eight runners from the UK, New Zealand, Hong Kong and Malta. Some are flat races, others are jump races, and some have fallers. We can also offer a selection of dog races, and even a novelty pig race. The compere hosts the evening via a complete self contained PA system with radio microphone, and quality high lumen projector and screen. On a fundraising event we supply everything you need with special numbered tickets, and a competent compere who endeavours to help you raise as much money as possible!
Corporate Race Nights include Fun Money (which can be printed with your company's logo or other personal details), Picket fence around the enclosure, "Finish Post lollipops", and of course female tote sellers dressed in jockey silks, complete with hat and whip. We have printed race programs displaying horses names and payouts, but these can once again be personalised with the names of your employees as the jockeys. Whatever the event, or the number of guests, you can be assured of an entertaining fun evening.
Scalextric™ Newmarket Horse Racing
Add an extra dimension of excitement to your corporate race night by competing against your friends with our Scalextric™ Newmarket horse racing circuit. Featuring authentic green "track" and horses complete with jockeys, as well as detailed scenery and spectators. You could run your own sweepstakes or just add a little extra fun between races.
The track is completely self-contained, measuring 8ft by 4ft, and requires one 230v socket. It can be set up in less than ten minutes, providing not just extra theming, but a lot of fun with more chances for your guests to gamble their Fun Money!
